Return & Refunds Policy

At Neven Journeys, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that our products meet high-quality standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

⚠️ We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.

2. How to Request a Return

If your item meets the return conditions above, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Your order number.
    • A clear description of the issue.
    • Photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or wrong item.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and guide you through the return process.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved, you will be responsible for returning the item to our designated address. Return shipping instructions will be provided in our approval email.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item sent).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed via one of the following:
    • A replacement item (if available and preferred).
    • A refund in cash, where possible, delivered through the courier at the time of pick-up or an alternative method agreed upon.

⚠️ Refunds are only provided for approved returns. We do not issue refunds for items returned without prior approval or for non-defective items.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at [email protected].

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including but not limited to:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged by the customer, or missing parts.
  • Items returned after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Any product marked as Final Sale.

7. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
